sixbaji — Your Rights & Obligations

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and sixbaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the sixbaji website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, promotions, and all associated services (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

sixbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account and/or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Services following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into force.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated or summarised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the sixbaji Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the platform at the time of their offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and sixbaji with respect to the Services and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The Services provided by sixbaji are intended exclusively for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, place any wager, or claim any bonus on this platform. This age restriction applies without exception to all products including casino games, live dealer tables, the cricket sportsbook, fishing games, crash games, and all promotional offers.

2.1 Age Verification

sixbaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, sixbaji may suspend withdrawal access on the relevant account.

2.2 Jurisdiction Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of sixbaji complies with the laws applicable in your location. sixbaji does not provide legal advice and cannot be held liable for any player's failure to comply with local law.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and operate only one (1) account on sixbaji. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, sixbaji reserves the right to close all but the original account, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any winnings obtained through the duplicate account.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money Services on sixbaji, you must complete the registration process via the sixbaji Login page and provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. The information you provide forms the basis of your account profile and is used for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming monitoring.

3.1 Required Information

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on official Bangladeshi identity documents, your date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sixbaji account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. sixbaji will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out from your account while your credentials are active is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.

3.3 Accurate Information Obligation

You must notify sixbaji promptly if any of the personal information associated with your account changes — including your email address, mobile number, or residential address. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances pending the resolution of a verification review.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

sixbaji conducts KYC checks in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold, or at any time at the platform's discretion. Players who do not complete KYC within the requested timeframe may have their withdrawal access restricted until the process is finalised.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sixbaji are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). sixbaji does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own service charges. sixbaji accepts no liability for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimums

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single-deposit limit, though transactions above a certain threshold may trigger additional verification checks.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. sixbaji reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity or KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.3 Payment Method Matching

For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. You may not withdraw to a payment account that does not belong to you. sixbaji will reject withdrawal requests to third-party accounts without exception.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

sixbaji is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity. Deposits must originate from funds that are legally owned by the account holder. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may result in account review, transaction suspension, and where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities. Cooperation with any such review is a condition of continued account access.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

sixbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of their offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Players should review these terms before claiming any offer.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates towards satisfying a wagering requirement. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute between 10% and 20%, and sports bets may contribute at a rate determined by the specific promotion. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

sixbaji reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where it reasonably determines that a player has abused the bonus system. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing offsetting bets designed to guarantee a withdrawal regardless of outcome; using exploits or software to manipulate game mechanics while a bonus is active; and providing false personal information to qualify for promotional offers.

5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant offer terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated and carry no cash value. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry dates of any active bonuses in their account dashboard.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the Services, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring that your use of sixbaji does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.

6.1 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on sixbaji and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place wagers, or gain an unfair informational advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or pre-arranged betting activity in the sportsbook or poker products.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or payment system. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected software error are not considered valid and may be reversed.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any sixbaji game or platform component.
• Engaging in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on sixbaji's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sixbaji staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Making a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider without first raising the matter with sixbaji's support team. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as a debt owed to sixbaji and may be referred for legal recovery.

6.2 Accurate Representation

You must not impersonate any other person, entity, or sixbaji staff member. You must not misrepresent your identity, age, location, or financial circumstances when interacting with the platform or its support team.

6.3 Self-Exclusion Circumvention

If you have applied for self-exclusion on sixbaji, you must not attempt to register a new account or access the Services through any means during the exclusion period. Any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and balances will be returned minus any winnings generated during the exclusion period.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

sixbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, or the continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or to other players.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension

Without limiting the generality of the above, the following circumstances may give rise to account suspension: failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; suspected use of prohibited software or collusion; a chargeback initiated against sixbaji; a court order or regulatory direction requiring account restriction; or a player's own request under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme.

7.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your sixbaji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@sixbaji. Before closing your account, please ensure that any remaining real-money balance has been withdrawn. sixbaji will process closure requests within two (2) business days of receipt. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

7.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your access to the Services will cease immediately. Verified real-money balances that have not been withdrawn will be returned to your nominated payment method within five (5) business days. sixbaji will retain your personal data for the periods required by applicable law, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

7.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. sixbaji will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any inactivity administration fee. The applicable fee and the frequency of its application will be as stated in the notification. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by completing a login and contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Services provided by sixbaji are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While sixbaji makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, error-free service, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, free of technical faults, or entirely secure against unauthorised access at all times.

8.1 Platform Availability

sixbaji may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. During maintenance windows, some or all Services may be temporarily unavailable. sixbaji will make reasonable efforts to announce planned maintenance in advance via the platform and registered email addresses. No compensation is payable for temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events.

8.2 Game Results

All game outcomes on sixbaji are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology. sixbaji cannot be held liable for any losses arising from the natural statistical variance of casino games. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that the house edge means that, over a sufficient number of rounds, the majority of players will lose more than they win. By using the Services, you accept this risk in full.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sixbaji's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

sixbaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if sixbaji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.5 Third-Party Content

Games and content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi) are subject to those studios' own technical standards and certifications. sixbaji acts as a distributor of this content and accepts no liability for technical malfunctions originating within a third-party game engine, provided that sixbaji takes reasonable steps to rectify any reported issue promptly.
